The door is a'knockin!

So excited!! Yesterday I received a call from a temp agency (bleh!) saying that they had a job opportunity for me. I'm thinking to myself, "Yea, it's probably something crappy ..." So I call yesterday, before I have to go in to fill out paperwork, and ask a couple questions. Things looks pretty legit and worth my time. It's temp-perm after 45 days with benefits starting immediately! Damn that's good! I will get a call today to set up some testing. I am very excited about this.

Other than that things are good. Went to Applebees (again) for dinner last night. Then played WoW for a while.

Ken had to wake up super early today becuase he has an exam and wanted to get to school early to study. He is so dedicated to his schoolwork. I think that is such a good quality. He is so dedicated, and he works so hard! It will all pay off soon!

School is going well. I'm slacking a bit on the reading, but I hope to catch up a bit during lunch today. I am able to read posts at work, so that helps me with the participation a lot. The newest thing introduced are these Learning Teams. There are 3 different teams made up of 5 people each. So far the other groups have been taking off, but my group doesn't seem to be doing so well. I don't want this to affect my grade, so I have taken control of the first assignment. It's basically a getting-to-know the team. We'll see how it goes.
